Excellent service when all did not go to plan

Arranged an excellent holiday for us, and when we had to cancel because of medical problems, they did an excellent job of rearranging for later in the year. Could not have been more helpful.

The response to our online submission ignored the special request box (we wanted an extra night, which was not reflected in the itinerary). They added the cost of a transfer, when we are land only...

Great to see Headwater listening and responding to the Review - I did speak to Steph and now understand this is fixed and should not be a problem for others going forward. It was unusual to see this as we have had a lot of good service in the past from them. Have amended my rating to reflect that, noting it was still us that had the original poor experience.
