Thank you for leaving such great feedback :-) with regards to delivery, unfortunately, this charge is directly from our courier, you can however, arrange your own shipping from our warehouse, alternatively, we can have your goods shipped to your UK based courier.

Thank you for your feedback, We received your order on 28th April @ 14:40, your goods were delivered and signed for on the 30th @ 13:06 to the address provided, you had not informed us your goods had not been received by yourself until Wednesday the 8th May, since then, our customer service team have been in contact to advise an investigation is underway and we will be in touch as soon as we have more information. Sincere apologies for the delay, we hope to have a resolve as soon as possible.

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the issues with your delivery, Unfortunately from time to time some consignments are incorrectly sent to the wrong delivery hub, which seems to be the case with your order, which does cause a delay; however, this does not explain why TNT have advised that your goods are out for delivery and for this i sincerely apologise.
