Thank you for your feedback and apologies your delivery has run into issues. With regards to the delivery of your goods, you placed your order on Friday 22nd November; however, you had chosen Bank Transfer as your method of payment; therefore, we had to wait for payment to clear,. Your payment cleared on Monday 25th November and your goods had been dispatched for a Tuesday 26th delivery; you called on Tuesday to ask what time your goods will be delivered as you wouldn't be available at the delivery address all day, we advised delivery can be any time between 8am and 6pm as we are a business to business company. Our courier then tried to deliver on the 27th and 28th, again to no avail, we then provided you with your consignment details as requested, to which you have organised a Saturday delivery to your home address, which is a service we had previously offered you to help avoid further disappointment. Once again i would like to apologise for the issues encountered with your delivery.

Firstly, please let me apologise for the delay with your order, your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 4th November, our courier tried to deliver on 6th and 7th of November; however, nobody was at the delivery point on both occasions, we received an email from yourself on 5th November @ 22:03 and responded to your email on 6th of November @ 09:50 advising delivery would be attempted again that day, as previously mentioned this delivery had failed again, to which you have since informed our sales team the delivery failed because you had been at work, we are a business to business company and our deliveries can be anytime between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday; however, we do give the option for Saturday delivery, you are also more than welcome to advise a delivery date when placing your order via the remarks section or alternatively via email, as you have with your new order placed with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
