Hi Adrian. We're sorry you feel the communication was disjointed within the team. Web orders are dealt with by one member of the team and, once processed, allocated to an Account Manager who then looks after your account for the duration of the lease. We're looking at this process following your review and will be sure to implement changes if necessary. We are also speaking with our couriers to determine why your equipment didn't arrive at the correct destination initially. Hello Hilda, we're sorry you feel that there are hidden charges. After speaking with your account manager, it appears that you're referring to the charges for toner cartridges for your leased printer. Unfortunately, as your account manager explained, additional toner cartridges aren't included. Please do get in touch with your account manager if you have any further queries.
