Simple but thorough!
The atmosphere at HAPPY is really easy going yet the work gets done and the schedule is followed to ensure everything gets covered. The learning pace worked well for me.

Disappointed
The trainer was good but I didn't feel that she showed us any techniques to use, sadly I left feeling that I had not learnt very much.
