Excellent service, with lots of emails and helpful advice on how to start my first batch of kombucha, they also send details of how to make your first brew.
I am so sorry to hear that your starter is not working. I have however checked and this item was sent out 2 months ago and we do not have any record of you contacting us to let us know that there was an issue. Generally with the live cultures they are very environmental so usually it just needs a quick tweak of the feeding or brewing method to get everything working again. Where starters fail to activate (rare but it can happen as these are live bacterial cultures) we will always replace the culture. If you contact our customer services team they will arrange for a replacement for you.

Where a starter has failed to activate (rare, but it can happen as these are live bacterial cultures) we will always replace the cultures. Just let us know.
