I am so sorry that you did not find the instructions helpful. We have been using the same instructions since 2009 with very positive feedback so i can only apologise. We have not had any negative comments about the instructions previously but now we have i will have a look into it.
we also provide a less in depth set of instructions and video instructions on the website in our instructions section if you would prefer.

Please be very very wary with online advice as it is often very wrong and dangerous so please only use reputable sources.
