Thank you for your feedback and review. We are pleased Harry was able to help so quickly and efficiently. We apologise for the issue with the patio door, this was unfortunately not a simple fix and required a specialist part. However there are exit points in the next door bedroom and at the end of the hall way through the front door. The views from this property are lovely and we are glad you enjoyed them, we will pass on your feedback regarding the outside furniture to the property owner. We hope to welcome to you back to Lower Mill Estate again soon!
