We’re a small business and are striving to continually evolve to keep on track and your feedback will help us do this … Sometimes we get it wrong and it looks like with your order we did… For this, please accept our apologies and thanks for letting us know…
In this fast-paced world, we’d rather you let us know and allow us the opportunity to turn the wrong into a right! Stock issues are our fault and we’ll continually learn and make adjustments as we go… But for the lack of communication there is no excuse and for this we’re sorry.
Humbled by the comparison to Amazon as there are merely four of us here… But we are all very happy workers and take to heart when we make mistakes as it lets us all down!
