The Gutter Sucker Bandit was designed for customers who wanted a smaller size vacuum but with that little extra suction power. We do have much larger models in our range that have a bigger drum capacity with 3 industrial strength motors - we'd of been more than happy to go through these in more detail with you at the time of ordering. The drain hose feature is a nice little addition to the Bandit too, allowing you to easily drain the water out leaving the debris behind in the drum - this should help to minimise the space in the drum when carrying out those much larger cleans! Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to update us on your recent experience, your feedback is appreciated. Whilst it's great to hear our Gutter Sucker Junior made a great addition to cleaning gutters and worked out more cost effective than employing a local contractor - we're sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the machine cutting out frequently. Our range of gutter cleaning machines (including the Junior) are fitted with a thermal cut out feature. Due to the extreme heat and high temperatures we have been experiencing recently, when the machine is being used in these conditions, this would cause the vacuum to overheat and therefore cut out when it becomes too hot. I believe my colleague Mark has been in touch today regarding your review - we want you to get the most out of your equipment and be happy with your overall purchase, we hope this is still the case.
