Hi Jane, I am pleased that overall you are happy with everything. I was a bit concerned when you mentioned not getting your free gift so I have checked your order and there wasn't a free gift on the order. If you place an order with us again, when you select your free gift you will be able to see it as an item in your basket, if you cant see it then it hasn't added it properly.
