Good afternoon -- Apologies we had to rearrange the appointment which unfortunately can happen from time to time due to circumstances out of our control. We never expect customers to wait in if we have a mobile number to contact, this should be made clear at the point of booking. Until we have done a full survey we can't establish what work is required. However, in this instance the engineer considered the bespoke woodwork which we were not prepared to leave any permanent damage. Good afternoon -- We have consulted with the engineer who made the visit to your property. Unfortunately we only work on Astra 28.2 satellite dishes and not foreign types.
