Good afternoon Andy -- We are always happy to provide a no obligation quotation after carrying outa full survey with no call out charge, leaving customers the option to shop around shop they wish. Also we do not just sell parts as prices are quoted for parts and labour (this job costing £315 + VAT). Our experienced, skilled and professional engineers mean they can complete work very efficiently. We complete many jobs over a typical week with many happy customers and have recently been awarded by Feefo their Gold Service Award which we are very proud of, so obviously disappointed to read your review but we respect your comments and will share them with our management team.
