Thank you for your valuable feedback, I sorry you felt that our communication was not at the level you would have liked, I understand that we sold your Park Home within a week and it completed within five weeks,  Simon the branch manager has spoken to you since to talk this through, and it is clear that although we were speaking to you regularly it was calls that you were instigating rather than us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as we have a strict policy of communicating with clients at regular intervals during the sales process and sometimes that is not enough and we do understand some clients expectations can be greater than our set procedures and therefore we need to show some flexibility.
