We apologize for the delay. Custom orders do take extra time. Your custom club was completed and shipped out yesterday and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Automatic emails with tracking information are sent as soon as orders ship. We are sorry if you didn't receive the email. It might have gone to your junk/spam folder. We have sent another email with your tracking information. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced.
So I had an issue where the manufacturer only shipped a partial order. I called and emailed Golfio and they got on the problem and had my missing product shipped and delivered by late week. Great...
