Dear Robert, we are very sorry to hear that. As a part of our service, we provide a 12-month warranty for both labour and parts, and we will come and fix the problem for free. We regret we weren’t able to come out and fix this for you, we try to resolve customer issues as soon as we’re informed. We’ll be following up with you anyway to see how we can resolve this problem.
