Couldn't check in online with Air Canada in advance via their website like I usually do. Not sure who's at fault but from a customer's point of view it feels like this should have been possible. Now...

This might be a one-off incident since online check-in with Air Canada is always available for our customers. However, there can be instances where in they don't allow online check-in and has to be done at the airport - these circumstances change according to the airline and flight.

Still waiting my daughters Eticket that I added on 23rd. When I have called I’ve been told to wait and no one has said ‘globe hunters’ or there name when the phone was answered.

I have checked our systems and it seems that we have already send you your daughters ticket. Apologies for the delay as there were issues with the Global Distribution System on the 23rd so we only got the ticket on the 25th (which was already sent to you).
Please let me know if you still have not received it so I can re-send.
I have also flagged your comment about our colleagues answering the phone without saying 'Globehunters'. This comment had been taken seriously and we will surely remind our colleagues to me mindful of it from now on.

Thank you yes. After waiting for 2 days it was sorted, looking forward to my trip. Only thing that can still happen is when ringing globe hunters that worker introduce themselves and actually state that it is globe hunters on the phone.
Will use this again though.

Amazing communication.
Although I haven't taken my holiday trip yet, Globehunters have been amazing. The minute they realised my flight back didn't have luggage added to the ticket(not from their fault) they rang me and...

We always highlight that tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we could try to find a solution when it comes to date changes. Date Change penalty fees may apply depending on the original fare rules. In addition to the change penalty fees, the applicable fare difference will be charged if and when the originally purchased fare is not available for the new flights. The penalty fees are not issued by us, but by the Airlines themselves.
In your case, we could happily do a date change for you but you would have to pay the difference as per the Airline's T&Cs.As per your conversation with one of our agents on the 26 Apr 18, we have advised you the best dates and the cost involved for changes to your flights. You advised us that, you would get back to us. We have not had any communication from you since.Unfortunately, now as the travel date has past, the airline has marked you a “no-show”.
