I missed my check in time due to unexpected traffic. I had to pay a total of 984 pounds to rebook my ticket. I would not book with them again. Please avoid!

We understand that you were not able to use the flight booked with us. But the reason why you have missed your flight is out of our hands.
We can only advise you to follow the airline check-in rule of making sure you "leave ample time to be in the airport before flight's departure" Or you can choose check-in online to save time. However, we cannot do anything if you miss your flight due to circumstances outside of our control.
We are sorry that we could not assist you in this situation.

Hello. We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience with Globehunters and we regret any inconveniences this issue might have brought to you. This is certainly not the level of customer service that we expect for our customers. Our systems pick up the lowest fare available and then provides it to the passenger who makes a search for it. But try to be as transparent as possible, which is why we have the information on the website Under the tab “ More information”. If the passenger has not seen the information on the website, we send the confirmation email with attached Itinerary under title “Meal and Luggage”. We also have dedicated a team to who will call/send an email to passengers to check if are aware of the same. We give adequate time to all the passengers to call us or email us with how they wish to proceed. We as travel agent have a time-limit to process the reservations.
