Couldn't get the seats I booked, needed over £100 more for said seats
The flight I 'booked' couldn't be confirmed and I was only able to get flights on the same plane by paying over £100 more. Wasted my time and due to the time sensitivity of the flights I felt rushed...
Purchased direct flights online paid only to be told only one seat left so sold us a one stop flight which we were told was same price but was really nearly £800 cheaper asked for refund but didn’t...
Friendly and courteous staff. Glad for £50 discount on ticket which is most welcomed.
