I had to request the e-tickets/receipt, they didn't come through automatically, which wasn't ideal, as it kept me worried I had been scammed. Not impressed.

We do always aim to send e-tickets and receipts within 24 hours. We apologise if in the unlikely case, such as yours, that you were left to worry as communications from us came more than that.
Since then, we have improved our systems and we hope to improve our track record for instant ticket confirmations and delivery.
