Poor quality, poor service and lack of technical capability.
The internet connection is not consistent - upload/download varies considerably and sometimes drops out altogether.
The Linksys equipment provided and recommended by Gigaclear is virtually useless....

Very low speed, customer service not great, they get you to do everything yourself, which can take a couple of hrs.
No real call or service, hit or miss if the WiFi works.
And very very expensive...

After a shaky start - broadband would shut down periodically. A few visits and a new tower solved the issues and it's been fine ever since....
