not strong enough

The refuse truck when lifted the bin then split the bin on the 4th time So I have a broken green bin

I can see from our records that your bin was purchased nearly 2 years ago and so unfortunately I am unable to replace under manufacturer warranty. the split happened about 6 months ago also the lid secure buttons were all ways loose, so not happy with the green bin that was delivered. regards M Shannon .

Rubbish Delivery

The bins were picked up, as requested (after being left for a week) - so all fine there. But then, the bags were not collected again this week. So, we effectively have no collection service.

Hi! Thank you for taking to time to leave feedback however I think you may have mistaken GetWheelieBins with another company as we only sell wheelie bins, we do not offer a waste collection service.
