Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed exploring Eastern Canada and found the support provided throughout the planning process helpful. It is especially encouraging to know that the camaraderie among your fellow travellers helped make the journey enjoyable and that you felt supported throughout the trip. We are glad that the winery dinner, visit to the Indigenous community and Oh Canada dinner show were particular highlights of your experience. Thank you for choosing to travel with us. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand how concerning it must have been to read about the possibility of needing an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for transit through London Heathrow Airport, particularly when this had not been discussed during the booking process. We are sorry that GET was unable to provide you with a clear answer and reassurance when you sought clarification. We recognise how important accurate and timely travel information is in helping our guests feel prepared and confident ahead of their journey. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and will share your comments with the relevant team for consideration, particularly regarding the communication of entry and transit requirements before departure. Thank you for choosing to travel with us and for taking the time to provide your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to read that several aspects of your journey did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding room-sharing arrangements, the information provided before departure and the additional costs associated with optional experiences. We appreciate your comments about the need for clearer and more practical guidance for travellers who may be less familiar with international travel, including advice on carrying euros, using public facilities and accessing cash. We also understand your concerns about the cost of optional experiences and your feeling that more could have been included in the tour price. Your feedback regarding communication from the Travel Director, including providing more information about the places visited and the history of the surrounding areas, is also appreciated. We recognise how valuable this context can be in helping guests feel informed and connected throughout their journey. We are also sorry to read about the difficulties experienced by one of your fellow travellers when seeking a refund through the tour company and insurance provider. We understand how frustrating it can be when resolving these matters takes longer than expected. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration as we continue to review our guest experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are pleased to read that your first overseas holiday was a memorable one and that your Travel Director provided such attentive care and support, particularly when you and your wife became unwell. We hope you have both made a full recovery. We are sorry to read about the difficulties you encountered at the hotel, including the lack of heating, the non functioning room telephone and the lift outage. We understand how challenging these circumstances must have been, especially following your hospital stay, and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We are also sorry that you have not yet received a response from our Guest Services team regarding the claim forms for your prepaid experiences.
