Very helpful on the phone
Web site would not connect when I tried to pay. Phoned reservations and all was dealt with quickly and easily. Would use again.

The process is simple but my only concern is should we need to make a minor amendment this will invariably will result in substantial costs

Thank you for your valued feedback. On this occasion, you have booked a non-flexible discounted product for which amendments and cancellations are restricted. However, at Gatwickreservations.com we do always try to make sure there are flexible booking options available. These tend to be a little more expensive but cancellations and amendments are permitted up to 7 days before your arrival date. In addition, you would be offered the opportunity to purchase Cancellation Flexibility for as little as £0.99 allowing cancellation or amendment up to 24 hours before arrival time. It’s a nuisance to put your dates in at the top of the page and again further down
