Delivery for what was a very small parcel was expensive, it spoiled the buying experience after getting a bargain with the item and they paying over the top for delivery, other than that I was happy...

P&P at £5.99 reflects the actual cost of packing and sending your order - that's just what it is these days I'm afraid.
We prefer to be completely open, upfront and honest about P&P rather than adding hidden charges elsewhere (in the cost of the product for example) or worse - making a loss!
We wholly believe that the quality of our products and service - allied to great prices of course - represent excellent value for customers. I hope that when you see your lovely lilies in full flower you'll agree too!
