Thank you for your comments. We dealt with this issue appropriately in our Complaints Department. It is disappointing when something like this happens however we will always try our best to achieve a positive outcome as was the case in this instance. Sarah

You do not need to do anything. I have taken all the information and passed it to our complaints department as a result of this new email. You will receive an acknowledgement in the post and we will investigate everything that has happened and respond to you with the results of our investigation. Regards Sarah
