Hi Suzanne. I'm very sorry for these issues. As per our emails, this was sent out by the seller immediately it was ordered but the courier company delivered it to the wrong address and someone at that address signed for it and kept the item. The seller has already sent you a replacement item and it will be with you within the next day or two if not already. I hope that you're happy with this response by the seller given they were not at fault. If so, I'd be very grateful if you would consider changing your negative feedback so this does not reflect badly on the seller. I'm really sorry you're unhappy with the service. I spoke with the seller, Gifts with Style, who said that they phoned you shortly after you placed your order to advise that there would be a delay due to a shortage from the manufacturer. I understood you were ok with this as the item wasn't needed yet as it was a Christmas present. Could you please let me know if this is the case or not so I can investigate further?
