Booking online was easy. First I had a couple of questions and call Friendly Planet, then later did the booking online.

Online booking is relatively user friendly.

Suggest more flexible with the customers .

Agent was prompt, polite and knowledgable

We have taken 2 wonderful trips with Friendly Planet and look forward to the 3rd trip to Viet Nam and Bangkok. I don't know how we would have ever enjoyed our previous trips without Friendly Planets...

Booked on-line because it was a busy holiday weekend. It went pretty smoothly but I had a deposit from a previous cancelled trip and found nowhere to apply this so I left a comment in the comment...
