Friendly Planet pārskati

Supplied all the information I needed. Took the information you need in a quick and efficient manner. extremely polite and patient,

You are the most efficient and professional of tour coordination companies. I have taken many tours with you and only one was less than stellar - your guides are so wise and helpful, accommodations...

We have taken several Friendly Planet trips and every time things have worked beautifully. There have never been any problems and if there were, we never knew about them because they were fixed...

Very helpful!

Booking was handled efficiently. My only problem was that I was told I did not need to fill out the registration form received in my email, however, I did need to do that to complete the process....

When I called the booking agent was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. It was easy.

No problems

Agent was very helpful.

Overall good but I am still awaiting a final invoice that has been promised now twice but still not delivered to me.

Extremely easy booking. Probably because we booked Kenya with them last Feb. so they had all our current info plus I think the Galapagos was more inclusive. I hope the rest of the trip goes as easy.
