Friendly Planet pārskati

The website is very user friendly and the response was very prompt. I did make an earlier phone call to the office with a question, and the person with whom I talked was somewhat abrupt and made me...

They are very friendly and helpful with questions. Also they booked my flights from LAX at a very good price which another tour co said I would have to do myself. Friendly Planet took care of...

Everything went good so far. We are not completely done yet.

The process was fine but I would have liked a receipt for my deposit. Once we decided to book the trip it seemed very hurried to get the money in.

Agent was very friendly and helpful. Explained the different kind of insurance for our trip. I would definitely recommend my friends..

Everything was great. People were friendly. Great service. But they kept misspelling our names. Sometimes First sometimes last. Melinda and Jerry Johnston.. It's not even a hard name.

They corrected an online problem efficiently & quickly.

It was easy and fast.

Took time to review and answer all my questions. Pleasant and knowledgeable reps.

The booking experience was fine except that I didn’t get the confirmation and the receipt of charges; perhaps an electronic glitch, I wonder?
