Very disappointed when my existing insurer refused to insure me because of helping a relative out after paying his debt to society! Fresh start got me insurance the same day with minimal fuss!...
Fresh Start Insurance services are very helpful and understanding to my needs and with out their support I would not no where to turn so they will always get 10 out of 10 from me.
My experience previously has been very positive however having made an enquiry about a potential claim last november in disappointed in time it has taken to conclude and is still outstanding

Hi, thanks for you feedback. We're sorry to hear that your claim is taking some time to sort out. We have investigated this a little further and unfortunately the specific type of claim that you are making do tend to take a bit more time to complete that other types of claims.
