You need to have more shipping and options (without have to contact the sender) and prices. The prices for shipping are way to high compared other forwarders.

Great service..1st parcel arrived missing an item but it could not be proved who was at fault,the supplier or F2me. Second parcel was 100% and arrived speedily. Overall a great service!
