We open every package to ensure that the item/s are legal to ship, we repackage parcels to reduce the size where we can to keep the shipping costs to a minimum, generate export paperwork and pay the courier/shipper for a smooth delivery. We track all parcels until you receive them and then assist in any way when there’s any customs delays etc. We are also at the end of an e-mail 7 days per week if you need any help/assistance with anything regarding your forward2me account. We ship your parcels through DHLs premium, door to door, fully tracked service to provide our customers with the service they expect. We can offer you different shipping options in future to help you get the best price for your shipment, for example Royal Mail. We'll be introducing this on our website in the future but we haven't quite got there yet. If you get in touch through our website we'll be happy to look into what options are available for you. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you feel our service is expensive - if your shipment was only a small box it is likely that your address is classed as a remote area by our couriers. To avoid this surcharge for future shipments then we can offer to ship to you through Royal Mail or other couriers. If your shipment was of high value then it is best to ship through DHL for full tracking of your parcel.
