Thank you for your review, I am unsure of what information you required, if it was flight departure information this was sent to you the week prior your departure via email? I can see no transfers were added to your booking so unsure if it was transfer information you were looking for. It is great that our TUI representation service were able to assist whilst you were away and if you do wish us to look into anything further please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Thank you for your email , I can only apologise that when I was responding to the Feefo reviews this morning I did not see that you had booked transfers, that is why I questioned this in my reply. This was an oversight on my side, and I am glad the TUI rep could help you obtain the return transfer information whilst you were in Majorca. I am sorry that you had issues with the "Get My Pick UP" website and I hope this will not deter you from a future trip with us Many Thanks - Gina
