Overall we all enjoyed a great holiday despite a few hiccups.

We would buy from you again. Direct flight was good, comfortable, however short on food on return journey. Hotel not 5 star in our opinion. Needs maintenance, no porters, however food excellent.

Worth the extra money

Now larger A319 with more crew. Operational delays both ways of approx 1 hour but as a direct flight, was not too much of a bother.

Worth the extra for flying direct

Brilliant left Jersey at 2.30pm in Hotel by 7 although we did take a taxi as I hate drop offs. Nice staff on aircraft Hotel I know so excellent service.

As transfer pick up times depend on a number of factors they can change, which is why they are not communicated until the day before departure, rather than on arrival. This is something we will keep an eye on though, based on your comments.

The service on both flights was very poor & the safety & other announcements were spoken so fast in a strong, I think, french accent that nobody around us knew what was said on either flight.
