Nearly a perfect experience

Arrangements were efficient. The hotel (NH Madrid Suecia) was excellent. The flight was good, but the ground handling provided to the charter flight at Madrid airport was slow, resulting in a short...

Great to arrive at destination and home in just over 5 hours

Service on board was good, but cabin staff in both directions did not understand about the free drink for the premium seats, although served us when it was explained.

Pretty easy to book online but lack of information on confirmation email meant I had to search to find out about check in time, baggage for toddler, seat allocation...
