On our Fly Direct charter aircraft it is not possible to pre book seats. The Barcelona Atiram has a small reception Area for check in it is not manned on a 24 hour basis. The hotel does not have a bar in house as there are many close by. Yours sincerely Celine Bentley Customer Services Manager

I requested information from you previous to my booking date by e-mail, not after and did not receive a reply from you. However I then proceeded to book online anyway. I wonder how many potential customers you might loose or have lost due to this!! I would also like to point out that I telephoned on two separate occasions to request information as well, and at both times the phone was not answered.
