Apologies for the issue! If there is an issue with your ISP modem then that will certainly effect your FlashRouter's ability to connect to the internet. Be sure to reach out to your ISP to resolve that issue before proceeding with any setup of the FlashRouter as it requires the modem to be working to function properly.

Fast service. I received the router a few days after my order. I plugged it in, followed the simple instructions and now my job thinks I'm working from home in Miami. (I'm in the Dominican Republic)

I would like for you to try IKEv2 protocol in your new ExpressVPN firmware. In our testing this protocol was working with those two streaming service particularly.
