Small items such as washers, should be posted in a jiffy bag.
Purchased washer set which cost £6, staggerd at delivery charge of £15!! Unbelievable!! I gave 1 star because operative was polite.

First choice changed delivery procedure of oven cleaner and as I recall didn't notify customers. This put onus on your customer service representative which is unfair
