Hi Richard, Many thanks for your feedback and time on the phone this morning. As discussed we had no correspondence come through since February regarding this order and thought it had been delivered. We are glad that you left a voicemail over the weekend and we have actioned a refund for the replacement order that also wasn't delivered. If you do not receive a response from our customer service team within 15 minutes in working hours, something is wrong. We respond to all queries instantly and hopefully we can move on from this experience. All items on the site are available for next working day delivery if you do require any further samples and as discussed this morning, I am happy to personally keep an eye on any future orders.

Hi Kathrhona, Many thanks for your great Fire Label review and apologies there was a delay with your order. We currently use DPD as they provide the best all round service for our customers and requirements but they are a 2-4 working day service to the Highlands & Islands unfortunately.
