on the six monthly revue I often find that I am asked for information twice i.e. I always respond promptly to all communications from you but find many of your requests are repeated twice because of either lack of communication at your end or different rates of speed between handling in the different departments. The manual workiers and the computer workers do not seem to be synchronized in their handling of certain matters which resultsin excessive use of both the postal services and the telephone which could be avoided.
