Thank you for your comments. Have you tried our new GP Online service? It will enable you to see your balances, payments and all the other details on your Debt Management Plan whenever you want to. If you are struggling to afford your payments you can also use it to ask your Personal Finance Manager to call you to discuss changing them. Ian Williams Gregory Pennington
