As I explained to you we make quite a big loss on shipping. We certainly do not make money on shipping. Our shipping rates haven't risen for several years although our costs have risen considerably. You ordered x 3 thin paper CD-Rs which are cheaper to send from the UK to Belgium than the vast majority of our products, but this cost does not take into account shipping within Japan and from Japan to the UK. We have however refunded the shipping difference, although that is nothing like x 4 the amount as you have stated.
Overall a good experience. My order took a few weeks to arrive, although I received no updates until I enquired a month after ordering. Then communication was fine, and the items duly arrived well...
