Worst booking experience - they flipped my SURNAME and GIVEN NAME!
Extremely poor experience. Ridiculous client service.
I booked a flight ticket on the website, it asked for SURNAME, then GIVEN NAME. I inputted my name accordingly. Soon later, I got the eticket...

Poor (expedia.jp) booking. No modification can be done in the webpag
Add back the link “modify / cancel trip”. Like other OTA. So user unfriendly
