Thank you for your feedback; as you say, time will tell....... but I can assure you that we are all just as determined as we always were to provide great service and competitive prices to small charities in the UK. Following the acquisition we are now managing Zurich's small charity customers as well, which I think has strengthened the team and increased our expertise.
