Thank you for your review, please accept our apologies for any confusion, we do have different stock holdings for our local Agents and our website, so an item may not be available for the Agent to purchase via their direct website with us but will be available on our Euronics.co.uk website for customers. If an item states add to basket and you have been able to add to basket it is in stock, if we had not had stock the website would have said 'check in store'.
