The delivery date you are given online does state it is a requested date, and will be confirmed by the store you are paired with.
We can only apologise the store did not contact you to discuss this.
We are aware that there was some confusion with the delivery by the store with them advising they had not received your order when in fact it had been delivered to them.
Once the store realised they had your order on the 9/9/2021 they arranged for this to be delivered the same day.
Feedback has been provided to the store in regards to this error.
