Outer packaging was torn on one side and this was pointed out by retailer C F Hall of East Horsley. I accepted it based on his assurance that the product was undamaged and he was correct.

I had a call to confirm the delivery date and time. The engineer was great. He unpacked and installed and setup the dishwasher, removed the packaging. He also went through how to use the machine.
