Excellent service overall , contacting Etico was always easy and all correspondence was received in good time . Only draw back were the high commission fees and on one occasion I had to pay Etico...

Poor - customer agent do not read their emails. Had to answer same question which should have been asked at the initial application

Although the service was good and quite quick it was a bit pricey.
