I received the incorrect items on my order,and still have not received the correct items

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback, firstly we would like to apologise the incorrect items was sent, further investigation in the warehouse showed that our supplier had in fact discontinued the item and delivered an alternative (incorrect item) After your initial email I believe you were contacted by us regarding the matter. We also emailed you yesterday to say explain that our systems had been down after a ransomware attack for 3 days. As soon as we were back up and running yesterday we sourced the correct item elsewhere and shipped directly to you, you should receive it tomorrow. Once again we apologise for sending the incorrect items and then the circumstances beyond our control leading to further delays. Louise
